Hallo! I wrote 2 letters via Hertz.com and I had no respond. I caaled to Hertz today according my issue and finaly got a clarification for extra charges. We rent a car at Rimini airpoort with drop off at Florence airport on dates 01 Oct - 04 Oct. We ordered a car with Rentalcars.com. We paid for the period appx 240 eoro ( this price included 65 euro for srop off in Florence and insurance). WHen we recieved a car the fuel tank was not full (as in our order), it was 5/8 ( actually i do not understand how we registered it -it is not evident). Evident is that it was half of the tank. We sked a Madam (who gave us car - she was russian) about the full tank and she said that they had no time to tank up the car. And the car was dirty! The document with all description we gave to personel when we gave the car back. So, I am looking forward to recalculate charges ( it was 143,47 euro) due to we paid 65 euros when we booked car and there must be no charges for fuel because we returned car with the same quantity of fuel we took. The application is totally unusable as per my experience on 5S. Layout problem and not able to login because it do not accept the enter via keyboard and there is no button to login. Randomly touching on screen I made a login but same stories in. Please fix it, may be very useful.

It has been more than two weeks that the app is not responsive continues to tell that Im non over internet even for 3G or wifi. No login, reservations lookups or search to rent a car is possible. What makes the app practically worthless. At this point Im deleting it and browsing using my laptop. Please fix it or do something. Its been almost three months since the last update.

it is incredible how they can say it is 5 stars app . Crazy It does not work , a lot of crash . It is impossible to use it . Please remove from the store until you update it .

Impossibile to make a reservation as the specific tab open an empty Windows - Eros shown "object-object". Ridiculous

Its completely useless

My laptop browser has some problem and I cant search on Hertz website. So I decide to download this app. It turns out this app is easier to use than laptop browser. I was able to search for cars at three different locations and make reservation easily.

I was impressed with how well the app worked. Great job Hertz!

You app modify-reservation is confusing for the user. Also, implement touchID while implementing iCloud Keychain. Your login process is antiquated. Improve your operations and user experience by making it easy for the customer to modify pickup time. Ive had Hertz give away my reservation with an invalid arrival time, but a valid flight number.
