Very easy to use. Love it.

Been using a while now with no issues. Simple and easy. Have never been asked to enter a fax number. Suggest that this may be user error as menus are drop down for contact info and flight info. Never been disappointed with this. Just booked a car in under 2 mins as a gold member. Happy days.

My experience has been good with this App. It is much quicker than going online to make a reservation. Strongly recommend it.

Downloaded the app as I was having issues with the laptop. Really easy to use and fast reservation process. It also had my upcoming reservations in the home page (very convenient).

I was tryng to make a reservation with this app but will not work. Just a waste of time.

Provides as much or as little detail as I want. My information is stored which means less for me to type.

Im a corporate pilot, you have the spot in the app to tell you that its a private aircraft but no ability to put in the full "N" you are only able to put in numbers. Aircraft N numbers are a mix of numbers and letters (example N112AB). Work this out and it will be a great app.

Even faster and easier than doing a reservation on-line! And much more convenient. Works great as a Gold member!

Intuitive, fast interface. I am able to quickly manage my reservations. Many travel companies could learn from Hertz!

Think this is one of the best travel apps out there. You can access everything in your account payment methods reservations for cars locations its got it all and its very quick and very user-friendly.

My #1 Club membership is registered in the USA with a US address, and my profile specifies English as my preferred language. Yet when I am traveling internationally, (Denmark in the most recent example) the app only returns info in Danish language - even when Im trying to book a rental in the United States. Sadly, I dont read Danish. I think only about 14 people on earth do.

I just added this app today. I was able to add my Gold number and login to reserve a car. They gave me all the options of the full website. Very easy and clear on how to reserve!

Best app ever so convenient

Its just a really clunky interface. Adding reservation dates could be better, the layout of the reservation screen could be better (you have to enter a phone number but its hidden down at the bottom of the page and you have to scroll to find it. if you dont scroll down and notice it, it kicks you back and you have to go through several screens again). Adding or changing your payment options could be much improved.

I dont usually write app reviews, but this hertz app deserves accolades for its simple and intuitive design and bug-free execution. I routinely book cars in 60 seconds or less using this app. Its wonderful.

Improved over previous versions. Easy to use and straightforward. Quick and easy to make/change reservations. I do believe you got it right this time. Thank you.

The app has worked perfectly for me. I do all of my booking through the app. I get timely notifications. It is super easy to use. Highly recommended.
