Easy to use. Literally took me longer to write this review than rent a car. App is great.

Theres no way of quickly accessing your Hertzs Gold Reward number. Please include an option of adding the electronic ID cards to Apple Wallet.

This is a decent app, but for one glaring problem. Its an iPad app... but it only works in portrait mode. Yo, Hertz - iPads are designed to work in portrait or landscape mode. How about a teeny bit of customization?

Very easy to use

A few minutes to initially update your profile, then its a 30-second breeze to make reservations.

I am a week away from my trip. Could modify a previous reservation from my phone. It was fast and convenient.

Just as easy as the online reservation tool.

The hertz app makes booking cars easy. You can manage reservations from the app quickly. Still no one better at service then their 1-800 team but I rarely use it now because the app is so easy and fast.

I extensively use this app and its super convenient. All the options I need and all the information available at my fingertips.
