Hertz Car Rentals App Reviews

The app seems to have a lot of functionality; but it takes forever to open and sometimes doesnt open at all.

I agree completely with the previous reviewer. The original app always worked, whereas this update is awful. I dont have hours to spend making multiple attempts to make a reservation. Please fix the problems as soon as possible.

Would rate this App higher however there is a really annoying consistent bug using the App. When in Canada you tap the Province locations when doing a reservation and it seems to save it. However each and every time I show up at my Hertz rental place they have to change it because it has changed it to showing I am in California instead of Canada and in Al instead of Alberta. Please fix this issue Hertz!!! BTW, it does same thing on your website too.

I made a reservation easily on the app then learned I needed to change the dates slightly. When I clicked on "Upcoming Reservations" which showed 1 reservation; the page came up completely blank. I could not access and change my reservation. I resorted to the phone where I encountered a long wait time.

I travel lots and using the app helps me plan a car rental ahead but sadly the app is getting worse it constantly wants you to re log in it takes forever to load You might as well call the 1800 and be on hold forever.

Nice app with convenient details like store hours based on selected location. A few minor bugs like set to current location broken, but pretty good overall.

Current location not working. Can not see past or current reservations. Obviously not integrated and not worth the download. Hire real programmers or just kill the pretend app!!!

Very good app and a much easier way to reserve compared to the web. Good improvement for Hertz!
