Been lucky program works can make reservations in no time from anywhere on my phone, plus having the number one service dont need to even check in , just read on the board and get the car in no time No complaints , keep the good service

Where are my reservations ? Why I see Spanish language while traveling in a foreigner country and English when traveling in the US ? Not professional I think I will make my company change for another company.

This app has made rentals from Hertz so quick and easy...reliable and smooth.

App works fine but it is not obvious how to change the language. Just because I loaded the app when I lived in Taiwan does not mean I want Chinese as the default language.

App is okay, but needs to have the ability to update account information.

This app is helpful, easy, and fast. It keeps my rewards account and discount codes so renting a car is just a couple of clicks through my phone. Im glad I have it!

Have used this for two and. Half years and like the fact that it takes less than 30 seconds from sign in to reserve a car Rewind to 2002 when I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the call center to do it
